DAY 1
WELCOME TO JAPAN!
Welcome to Tokyo, Japan! Upon your arrival, you will be picked up and transported to the accommodation where you can relax and enjoy the amenities.
In the evening, join us for a warm meet & greet followed by a delightful and authentic welcome dinner, at the hotel, setting the tone for an unforgettable adventure ahead.
DAY 2
EXPLORE IN FULL BLOOM
Embark on a once-in-a-lifetime journey through Tokyo’s cherry blossom splendor,
It's a cherished seasonal tradition that many miss, but with a local guide by your side, you'll experience the full depth of this special time in Tokyo.
Visit and explore Imperial Palace East Gardens, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya Crossing, and more, including free time for Lunch wherever you please/ following a short list of recommendations.
DAY 3
UNCOVER
Check out one of Japan's most beautiful, iconic destinations —Mt. Fuji! Visit
several places in the Fuji area from where you can get and enjoy beautiful views of the mountain and much more!
DAY 4
DO-YOU DAY IN TOKYO
The day is yours! Explore Tokyo on your own terms, limitless opportunities and things you can choose to do on this day, whether it is simply relaxing and resting OR heading out to cafés, temples, or shopping - experience and enjoy this day through your own lens & preference.
DAY 5
Kon'nichiwa
(HELLO) KYOTO!
The day starts early! After breakfast and chec out, head to the bullet train station to Kyoto. Then upon arrival and checking into your new hotel, prepare for a memorable tea ceremony experience wearing a kimono followed by incredible sights and visit to Gion, including Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and more!
DAY 6
VIEWS & STROLLS
Take in the natural beauty of the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, one of Japan’s most photogenic and serene locations. After free time for lunch, head to breathtaking Kinkakuji (Golden Temple). With its gold-leaf exterior, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is the definition of iconic.
Upon return to the hotel, enjoy the rest of the evening at your leisure.
DAY 7
SHOP, CHOP, AND SAVOR
Partake in an interesting and immersive Japanese cooking class experience, sushi-making and more! Then explore/ shop like a local heading over to a local supermarket.
DAY 8
REFLECT
The day is yours! Explore Kyoto on your own terms, whether it is simply relaxing and resting OR heading back to some sights, shops, or perhaps new ones!
Then in the evening, enjoy an authentic Japanese farewell dinner thinking back on the time had!
DAY 9
DEPARTURE DAY
It may be the last day in Japan, but we will cherish our moments here for a lifetime! As a group, travel back to Tokyo with the Bullet Train to then catch your flight back home, at Haneda International Airport. Then share hugs and goodbyes.
Important Note: Your flight back home should be departing no sooner than 2 PM or 3 PM, as you'll be traveling back to Tokyo via Bullet Train first

There's no specific date to book this trip/ reserve your spot, however it is first come, first served and once the trip closes for reservation you can no longer book. Trip payments for this trip are typically due on the 10th of each month following/ based on the time you sign up.

The minimum capacity for this trip is 4 - 5 people, and the maximum is 8 - 10 people. You will typically receive the green-light to book your flight for this trip as sign-ups roll in/ once the minium capacity is met.
