All Private Trip Consultation Services, listed above, are only for international destinations.

We highly encourage you to research and review entry requirements (COVID testing/vaccine requirement, etc.) prior to booking any of the services listed above.

The Itinerary Builder service is based on a 1 to 8-day trip. We do not build a day-to-day itinerary for more than a 8-day trip.

We recommend booking the service of your choosing for your upcoming trip more than 45 days prior to your first trip date.

We have the right to decline service fulfillment and issue a refund for this service if requested less than 45 days before your trip. ​​

If we accept your "last minute" service request, you may be subject to pay an additional fee of $45 which will be invoiced.

You can book any of the services, although you do not yet have a definite date. As long as you know your desired international destination and budget, we got the rest! Please do not book this service if you're traveling within the same month, or less than 45 days of the Private Trip Consulting booking date.

Private Trip Consulting Service request is unavailable during the months of December, and January. If you plan on traveling during these months, book the service of your choosing by October or November based on your desired travel date.

You are responsible for booking your flight, travel insurance, travel documentation (i.e. visa), and ensuring you meet any vaccine requirement, however, certain resources, with direct links, will be provided in your private trip document to ensure you have what you need to make the planning process even easier!

If you are traveling with a group of more than 10 people, an additional fee will be requested for any services booked
​

Although any of the services are booked well in advance, we reserve the right to decline your service request and issue a refund. We will make sure to contact and inform you if this is the case.​
