• + Suggested Arrival Time: Arrive in Dubai, at the 

• Dubai International Airport (DXB)​ no sooner than 2 PM on Day 1 of the trip! Kindly Note: Hotel check in begins at 3 PM. Earlier Check-In is not guaranteed

• + Suggested Departure Time: You can choose to depart Dubai at any time or choose to extend your stay, however, we suggest departing in the morning or early afternoon (No later than 3 PM) from DXB airport as there are no scheduled activities on the last day.

• + Utilize the accommodation check-in & check-out time as a guide when booking your flight.

• + Make sure your passport has at least two blank pages and six months' validity by the time of the trip. If not, be sure to renew your passport at the earliest, or, 4 - 6 months before the trip

"Can I sign up for this private trip to travel on my own, or with even a big group of my own?" 

Yes and Yes! You can sign up for this private trip to travel solo. The cost will be adjusted as you'll be provided a single room. Separately, you can join with a group of any size, no matter how big or small! Choose to be in a shared room or room of your own, which you can inform us about prior to the trip!

"What is considered an additional cost?"

Anything that is not in the "What's Included" section will be an additional cost, of course, if you are substituting an experience or would like to travel for less days, this can possibly reduce the cost.

"Is this trip customizable?"

Absolutely! Just let us know what you want to add, remove, or change.

"How do trip payments work?"

After reserving your spot, you will have the opportunity to inform us your preferred payment plan option. Private trip payments will be scheduled/ automated. This also applies to everyone in your party, if traveling with another or other(s).​​

"Is there a travel host on the private trip ?"

No, however, you will have a dedicated Virtual Travel Concierge to ensure you are having a great time. Should you like a travel host on your trip (if available), it will be an additional cost.

"Is there a timeframe I should book for this trip?"

The sooner the better to lock it in and for extended payment plan options eligibility, as the trip must be paid-in-full payment no later than 60 days before.
